Quick Tip Tuesdays are designed to give quick tips for everyone to be able to implement right now, or at least, this week. The tips are divided up into 3 categories: 2 tips for those who haven’t yet started their own site, 1 tip for those who need more traffic to their existing site, and 1 tip for those looking to find a new way to monetize their existing site. This is Volume 2.

Not Yet Started A Site:

• Ask friends and family members to give feedback on your site ideas.
• Ask family and friends what questions they have about your chosen topic. What would they want to know if they landed on a site about your niche? What details are they uncertain about and would like to know more about?

Need More Traffic:

• Join a new community that is closely related to your niche but isn’t an exact match. This enables you to connect with others who may have an interest in your topic, but don’t already know about your site.

Need More Monetization Ideas:

• Visit as many competitors and bloggers within your niche, with the goal of specifically looking at their advertisers. Find out who is advertising within your niche so you can contact them to advertise on your site as well.

If you’ve already used these tips on your own, or just don’t have time right now, add them to a to-do list. You can implement many of the tips more than once, and you can always come back when you have time to tackle those you didn’t have time for.
